Dr William Ouma is the Presiding Bishop of Harvest Land Ministries International and currently resides in Bungoma, Kenya East Africa with his wife and two children. He has been in ministry since 1984 and founded Harvest Land Ministries in 1989. In 2003 Harvest Land Ministries merged with Impact Internaional to form Harvest Land Ministries International. He has training in Medical Missions; and also has Th.B, Th.M, D.Min, Ph.D in Theology from Shalom Seminary in Iowa, USA in 1997. He is pursuing a second Ph.D in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia, USA. He is also a graduate of Haggai Institute – Maui, Hawaii, USA and Singapore in the area of Christian Leadership and Evangelism. He has served on Kenya Government Judiciary Committee, Medical projects, Continental Representative of several Mission organizations. He was among the few selected by Dr Billy Graham to help develop materials for participants in his Amsterdam 2000 congress. Currently, Dr Ouma serves as the Head of HLMI worldwide. He also serves as ICOF(International Circle of Faith) Bishop for East Africa(covering East, part of Central, Southern Africa), Building Partner with ICM(International Cooperating Ministries); and on the board of several other Institutions, Organizations, and Networks. Dr Ouma walks in apostolic anointing and has a special anointing to help people find their place in ministry and also overcome hurt, failure and discouragement. His main areas of ministry are Leadership Training and development, Evangelism & Missions(crusades and campaigns),Revivals and Healing services. He is a powerful, highly sought –after charismatic international conference speaker with a prophetic anointing.
